Orland Library Seeks Residents' Input For Strategic Plan
Library staff have issued a community survey to collect residents' feedback in advance of creating its 2023-2024 strategic plan.

ORLAND PARK, IL — The Orland Park Public Library wants to hear from area residents. The library has created a Community Survey to collect feedback that will be used to help the library plan for future collections, services, and programs.
The library’s 2023-2024 Strategic Plan will be a living document composed of goals and action steps. Survey and focus group data helps the library to better budget and plan for future initiatives.
“All responses are confidential, and the survey takes about 10 minutes to complete,” said Katie Allan, Adult Services Manager and current Chair of the library’s Strategic Planning Committee. “Everyone is welcome to participate, even if you don’t have a library card or haven’t visited the library in a while.”
