Orland Man Caught Masturbating at Rec Center During Youth Volleyball Practice: Cops
Miguel Ochoa has been banned from all facilities owned by the village of Orland Park after public indecency charge.

ORLAND PARK, IL - An Orland Park man with a history of alleged lewd behavior was caught masturbating at the Franklin Loebe Recreation Center Tuesday night, according to an Orland Park police report.
Police say they responded to the facility at 14650 Ravinia Avenue just before 9 p.m. in reference to a “suspicious male” in the building. When they arrived, a building attendant told them a man later identified as 31-year-old Miguel Ochoa was seen with his shirt stretched down in the gym area and was masturbating under his clothing. There was “no exposure,” according to police.
The alleged incident occurred while a youth volleyball team was practicing in the gym. Police say the attendant “acted swiftly” and asked Ochoa to leave the building. He was found shortly after in the area and charged with public indecency.

In response to the incident, the village of Orland Park has banned Ochoa from entering all village owned facilities. He is no longer in custody after posting bond Tuesday night.
This isn’t the first time Ochoa has been arrested in the south suburbs. He was taken into custody at the Megaplex in Homer Glen in 2015 after allegedly following and photographing a woman he said he believed to be a celebrity.
