The law firm of Sosin, Arnold & Schoenbeck, Ltd., located in Orland Park, Illinois, is pleased to announce that Attorney George L. Schoenbeck III is now a named partner of the firm.

Orland Park Business Law and Estate Planning Attorney George L. Schoenbeck, III graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and went on to earn his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He focuses his practice in estate planning and estate administration, business succession planning, business general counsel matters and commercial transactions.

Schoenbeck is an active member of the Justinian Society of Lawyers and the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA), in which he serves as Chairman of the Young Lawyers Division, and as a member of the Trusts & Estates Section Council.

Schoenbeck has presented at numerous continuing legal education seminars across Northern Illinois regarding estate planning, estate administration and business matters. He has also authored several publications for the Illinois Bar Journal and the ISBA’s Section Council Newsletters. Additionally, Schoenbeck was named runner-up in the ISBA’s 2008 Lincoln Legal Writing Contest.
