ORLAND PARK, IL -- A Crestwood man was arrested on Friday after Orland Park police executed a search warrant and found a felonious amount of cannabis, guns and cash, police said in a news release. Nicholas Holda, 25, is facing a felony charge of cannabis with intent to deliver and misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police learned of possible drug sales coming from an apartment building in the 13900 block of Leonard Drive in Crestwood. An investigation was launched that lasted several weeks, until Holda’s Crestwood apartment was raided on Friday morning. In addition to the cannabis, police found five guns and cash, along with scales and packaging equipment.
Holda is being held by Orland Park police until he can attend a bond hearing at the Leighton Criminal Courts Building on Saturday.
