Orland Park Lender offers 1% Down Chicago Program
American Financial Network in Orland Park is one of the few approved lenders for the new City of Chicago Down Payment Assistance Program.
American Financial Network has partnered with the City of Chicago to help bring more Chicago residents into home ownership through a new 1% down payment loan.
Buyer must buy in the City of Chicago and it can be a condo, town home or single family home.
The program requires the borrower to contribute the lesser of 1% of the home purchase price or $1,000.
