Orland Park Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Teen In Driveway

Prosecutor said the 23-year-old man and teen hooked up after a concert and were parked in man's driveway where he assaulted her.

ORLAND PARK, IL -- An Orland Park man is charged with sexually assaulting a teen in his car while parked on his driveway. Martynas Sadzevicius, 23, appeared before Cook County Judge Peter Felice on a charge of criminal sexual assault. He also has pending case for allegedly stalking a former girlfriend.

The prosecutor said the girl, who is in her late teens, and Sadzevicius got together after the Spring Awakening concert sometime after midnight on June 11. They went to Walmart to buy alcohol and then drove to Sadzevicius’s house in the 14600 block of Oakley Avenue, where they parked in the driveway.

When Sadzevicius tried to make sexual advances, she told him she just liked him as a friend, the prosecutor said. He tried to perform a lap dance on her even though she told him to stop. Sadzevicius climbed on top of the teen and continued with the assault, according to the charges.
