After a year of construction, Orland School District 135 is thrilled to announce the completion of five school additions across the district

After a year of construction, Orland School District 135 is thrilled to announce the completion of five school additions across the district. With the first day of school just around the corner, these new facilities are ready to welcome students and staff into expanded and improved learning environments.

To celebrate this significant milestone, the District hosted ribbon-cutting ceremonies at each of the five schools on Thursday, August 15th. Board members, staff members, and members of the community could tour the new additions at each of the schools.

Prairie School

Prairie School, expanded by 7,500 square feet, incorporates five new classrooms and additional collaborative areas.

Liberty School

High Point Gym
High Point School added on a new gym to their building.

High Point added a state-of-the-art gym, four new classrooms, modernized meeting spaces, and an upgraded art room.

Orland Jr High Fitness Center

Orland Junior High's new fitness center complements the main gym which also received updates.
