Pat Benatar And Neil Giraldo To Headline July 13 Orland Park Concert

The second show of the Centennial Park West Concert Series kicks off at 6 p.m. at the new Centennial Park West (15609 Park Station Blvd.)

ORLAND PARK, IL — The Village of Orland Park is excited to announce that Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo will headline the July 13 Centennial Park West Concert.

“We are proud to bring top-tier acts to the new Centennial Park West Concert Venue for residents and guests this summer,” said Orland Park Mayor Keith Pekau. “This concert will be a great opportunity to get out and enjoy time with friends, family and the community.”

In a pop culture world defined by its perpetual changes, the partnership of singer songwriter Pat Benatar and producer-musician Neil Giraldo has been a potent, steadfast union that has soared to the top of the charts and into fans’ hearts on their own terms. Her staggering vocals and take-no-prisoners attitude, along with his trailblazing artistry as a guitarist, producer and songwriter, forged the undeniable chemistry and unique sound that created eternal rock hits including “We Belong,” “Invincible,” “Love Is A Battlefield,” “Promises In The Dark,” “We Live For Love,” “Heartbreaker” and “Hell Is For Children.”

Their stunning achievements are a testament to their vision. Together, Benatar and Giraldo have created two multi-platinum, five platinum and three gold albums, as well as 19 Top 40 hits. They have sold over 36 million records worldwide and have won an unprecedented four consecutive GRAMMY® awards. They have also been feted with three American Music Awards, a People’s Choice Award, a 2008 induction into the Long Island Music Hall of Fame, and most recently have become Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees.

Gates open for the concert at 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 13 at Centennial Park West (15609 Park Station Blvd.) Concertgoers are welcome to bring outside food and beverages, as well as lawn chairs and other outdoor items. Local food vendors will be onsite with items available for purchase. The Village will offer alcoholic beverages for purchase for those over 21 years of age.

Free parking is available in the Metra station parking lot located north of Jillian Rd. and Park Station Blvd. Additional over-flow parking is available in the 153rd St. Metra Parking lot.

ADA pickup and drop-off for accessible patrons only is located at Park Station Blvd. and Summerglen Lane. This is an ADA entrance only; no general admittance will be permitted at this location. Those interested in public transportation, please visit www.pacebus.com.

Tickets are available for purchase at universe.com. $25 general admission (lawn seating) and $40 front of stage tickets (limited quantity) opens to Orland Park residents with presale access code on Wednesday, March 27 at 10 a.m. CST through Sunday, April 7 at 10 p.m. CST and opens to the public on Monday, April 8. A discounted ticket package “THREE FOR ME” includes one (1) single general admission ticket good for all three 2024 Centennial Park West Concerts (6/8, 7/13 & 8/17) can be purchased for $60. All e-tickets will be sent via email and service fee will apply.
