Photo Gallery: Glee Ensemble Cast Auditions Held at Cultural Arts Center

A look at the talented folks auditioning to sing and dance for the second year of the performing group.

The Catch A Breath Glee Ensemble auditions were held on Sept. 7, at the in Orland Park.

The two jugdes, listened as each potential cast member sang for their audition. Participants also danced to a Lady Gaga number, taught by the judges, as the second part of the audition process.

"We have a good, solid group of voices," said Carnivele-Sidlow. "No one is afraid to sing."

Patricia Lynch was excited about the age limit being opened up for the auditions. Lynch, a 20-something gal, "loves the Glee show" and is happy to be a part of the cast. 

"I love singing, dancing and performing," said Lynch. "I've performed in musicals, for weddings and benefits. The Glee Ensemble will just be fun."

Kristin Gorski, a veteran performer who currently stars in a play in Sauk Village said, "I love watching Glee. I love singing and performing."

She looks forward to being a part of the Glee Ensemble this year.

Last year's performances included Chicago Wolves games, inaugural commencements, Tinley Park convention trade show and many . This year will also include Octoberfest for those cast members over the age of 21. 

Even though there are six returning cast members from and seven new additions from the night's audition, spots are still available.
