Primary Care Physician Mohanad Joudeh, MD, Joins Loyola Center for Health at Orland Park

Primary care physician Mohanad Joudeh, MD has joined the Loyola Center for Health at Orland Park. Dr. Joudeh said medicine is a partnership between the primary care physician and the patient.

"Establishing relationships with patients and seeing patient satisfaction is very rewarding as a doctor. I help my patients understand the logic of why I am doing something or prescribing a certain medication," Dr. Joudeh said.

Dr. Joudeh, an internal medicine physician, specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases affecting adult men and women. He helps adult patients manage medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, lung disease, kidney disease and thyroid disorders.

Dr. Joudeh is an assistant professor in the department of medicine of Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine and obesity medicine.

In addition to complex adult medical problems, Dr. Joudeh also specializes in the medical treatment of obesity, often an underlying cause of many chronic medical problems including, acid reflux, sleep apnea and arthritis.

The Loyola Center for Health at Orland Park, 16621 S. 107th Court, Orland Park, Illinois, is home to academic-level primary care doctors and dermatologists who care for both children and adults. Dr. Joudeh will also follow his patients at Palos Hospital, for which Loyola is the exclusive academic partner.

Dr. Joudeh earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana and completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago
