REVA Development Partners Announces VIP List to Serve High Demand for Luxury Rental Community Residences of Orland Park Cross
Join the VIP list to be the first to receive information about pricing, incentives and pre-leasing

Renters interested in leasing at The Residences of Orland Park Crossing, a new luxury rental community currently under construction in Orland Park, can now join a VIP List set up by developer REVA Partners and management firm Kinzie Property Management. By joining the VIP list at www.opcliving.com, renters will be the first to receive information about pricing, incentives and pre-leasing, which will begin in January. First move-ins for rowhomes are expected in late January while first apartment and townhome buildings will deliver in March.
The amenity-packed 231-unit rental community in south-suburban Orland Park, Illinois was built in partnership with Wanxiang America Real Estate Group. Located at 143rd Street and LaGrange Road, the community is adjacent to the Orland Park Crossing retail center and across the street from Orland Park’s Main Street Triangle development. It is part of a large-scale public-private collaboration with residential and retail partners that includes plans for restaurants as well as a 120,000-square-foot University of Chicago medical office facility just across the street.
Phase one of Orland Park Crossing included a 75,000-square-foot lifestyle center built in 2006. It features national retailers including Ann Taylor, Soma and White House Black Market, as well as restaurants such as P.F. Chang’s, Granite City Brewery, Panera Bread and Starbucks.

The 12.5-acre Residences of Orland Park Crossing is one of only two luxury rental communities built in Orland Park in several decades. The community will feature four midrise elevator buildings each with 42 one- and two-bedroom apartment flats, 38 two-story rowhomes and 25 three-story townhomes. Units will range in size from approximately 700 to 1,370 square feet for apartment flats and 1,500 to 2,000 square feet for the rowhomes and townhomes, which will offer two or three bedroom units. Residents of the apartment flats will have access to attached garage parking, while an attached, two-car garage comes with each townhome and rowhome.
Amenities will include an approximately 7,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center, gaming/theater room, club room, demonstration kitchen, internet cafe and management offices. Residents will also enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, fire pit, ample patio seating, outdoor kitchen, bocce ball court, and landscape seating areas with walking paths. A new Mariano’s Fresh Market adjacent to the property will be a welcome addition to the town center area when it opens in early 2016, giving residents a truly walkable shopping and dining experience.
