District 230’s Carl Sandburg High School CAD (computer-aided design) and Engineering students have been busy the past few weeks competing in the Illinois Design Educators Association CAD (IDEA) Regional Competition and also at the Moraine Valley Technology Challenge. Students competed in their areas of expertise by completing hands-on skill-based problems that were judged by Moraine Valley instructors. Eight local schools participated and Sandburg dominated both events taking home a record number of awards and medals. Please congratulate these students on their fine achievements:
