Sandburg CAD students visit Frank Lloyd Wright Home & Studio

Class lesson reaches out to community

Sandburg High School students in Architectural CAD visited the Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio in Oak Park to experience first-hand where the world renowned Architect first worked and lived. In class, the students learned about his work and unique Prairie Architectural style. After visiting the Home and Studio, the students did a walking tour of the historic neighborhood in which they saw the exteriors of a rich selection of Wright’s Prairie style homes that were designed in the Studio
