Sandburg Creates Athletic Hall of Fame

ORLAND PARK, IL - Carl Sandburg High School has created an Athletic Hall of Fame and will announce its first inductees this summer.

The community is invited to nominate former athletes, coaches and supporters who have excelled in athletics at the school, according to a school news release. The school has set a May 1 deadline for nominations, all of which must be submitted electronically.

Once nominations are in, a nine-person selection committee will meet to vote in late May. The first class of inductees will be announced in June.
