Sandburg MedClub members finish season strong

In other MedClub news, Carl Sandburg High School MedClub competed at the state level, with seven members returning home with top ten medals. First, students had to qualify by studying their respective fields and taking two grueling exams that tested their knowledge in their chosen field. Once they passed these exams, they advanced to the final skills testing in which a medical scenario was presented to them. Students had to respond to the situation as medical professionals would. Pitting their skills and knowledge against over 60 schools in Illinois, the following students placed in the top ten in their respective events.
