Join us for a free community wellness event November 7, 2022, open to all families within District 230. We will begin this event at 6:30 pm with a resource expo of available supports/agencies within our community, followed by a viewing of the Screenagers documentary Growing Up in the Digital Age, at 7:00 pm. Physician and filmmaker Delaney Ruston wanted to explore the impact of screen time and, along with her film team, created this award-winning film that probes into the vulnerable corners of family life and depicts messy struggles over social media, video games, and academics. The film offers solutions on how we can help our kids navigate the digital world. (runtime about 67-minutes). A brief moderated panel discussion will follow.
