Six people were removed from a Southwest Airlines plane at Midway Airport Wednesday morning after they “refused to follow crew members’ instructions,” NBC reports.
The passengers were removed from Southwest Flight 126 from Chicago to Houston. The flight was delayed about an hour as a result of the incident. Airline personnel told Chicago police that someone on the flight had tried to save seats for friends, causing upset among other passengers.
The passengers who “refused to follow crew members’ instructions” were rebooked on a later flight.
