Southwest Community Concert Band Performs 'Love Concert'

The Orland Park Arts Commission presents the Southwest Community Concert Band in a free concert on Feb. 11.

ORLAND PARK, IL -- Love is in the air and the community is invited to take it all in as the Village of Orland Park Arts Commission hosts a love-themed concert featuring Southwest Community Concert Band on Sunday, Febr. 11. The free concert runs from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the Cultural Center’s Exhibit Hall, 14760 Park Lane.

“Since the concert is so close to Valentine’s Day, there will be a love theme,” said Jean Petrow, program supervisor for the Recreation Department. “This will be a fun concert to bring a loved one with to enjoy some of the classic love songs that we all grew up hearing.”

Admission is free, with donations being accepted to support the various programs and classes offered by the village’s Arts Commission.
