Spotlight Youth Theater Offers Classes at Calvary Church

Drama, voice and musical theater are some of the after-school classes offered for students 6-18 years of age.

Does your child sing in front of a mirror? Or maybe tries speaking in different character voices. If you think your child might be bitten with the acting bug, youth theater classes begin on Tuesday, Sept. 11 and go through Nov. 13.

For younger kids 6 and 7 years old, Tune Town works with dance, acting singing and more. Included are fun-based games. For ages 8-12, two classes are offered.  Voice 1 for Kids teaches good technique and style in voice.  Drama 1 for Kids works in turning your child into a character from head to toe through creative movement, story enactment, theater games and more.

For kids ages 12-18, Musical Theater 1 for Teens is offered. This class will help strengthen your teen as an actor, singer and dancer while developing confidence.
