Summer Concert Series Begins July 18

Orland Park, IL (May 22, 2020)-The Village of Orland Park’s 2020 Centennial Park West Concert Series features three concerts, 12 bands and one price for all. Resident-only ticket sales began May 1 at a discounted price of $65 for all three concerts and are available to the general public beginning Friday, May 22 at a cost of $90 for the series at universe.com.

“While we understand that restrictions may prevent one or more of the concerts from happening, we have put into place a full refund procedure to ensure that ticket-buyers are protected and will be fully refunded should concerts be canceled due to government order,” said Pekau.

The Village of Orland Park’s 2020 Centennial Park West Concert Series will kick off on July 18, 2020 with a full night of legendary rock and roll classics by the original bands including Tommy James & the Shondells along with Ides of March featuring Jim Peterik, The Buckinghams, Cryan’ Shames, New Colony Six and Shadows of Knight.

On August 8, we welcome to Orland Park Classic Rock headliners Blue Öyster Cult along with Mark Farner’s American Band and The Fabulous Thunderbirds.

Last, but certainly not least, on August 22 the Village will close out the concert series with a night of 90’s favorites with headliners Scott Stapp – voice of Creed, Filter and Dishwalla.

“This is a great lineup with something for everyone,” said Pekau. “We’ve had a tough couple of months and I look forward to seeing Orland Park back in the swing of things as we continue to progress safely and act responsibly just as Orland Park residents have been through the duration of the process.”
