Taste of Frankfort Event Featuring 21 Restaurants

Popular event set for return on Tuesday, September 21st

Frankfort, IL (September 13, 2021) Frankfort Mayor Keith Ogle announced his event now has commitments from 21 restaurants in Frankfort for his upcoming political fundraiser, Taste of Frankfort on Tuesday, September 21 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm at CD and ME located at 23320 South La Grange Road in Frankfort.

The event will feature a wide variety of food samplings from some of the finest restaurants in Frankfort. Taste of Frankfort was last held in 2016 under former Mayor Jim Holland. “We have 21 restaurants participating and guests will have a wide variety of food options to choose from upon arrival,” explained Ogle.

Ogle has brought the popular event back in hopes of keeping the tradition and helping bring attention to the business community. “This was always a popular event for residents and visitors to attend and enjoy some of the best food in the region,” stated Ogle. “Now more than ever, we need to support our local businesses as they continue their financial recovery from the pandemic.” Organizers will be adhering to all CDC guidelines and safety protocols.
