U.S. Rep Aaron Schock's communications director resigns over racist Facebook posts

The senior aide already faced media scrutiny earlier in the week for asking a reporter to delete pictures of Schock's redecorated office.

Benjamin Cole, communications director for U.S. Rep. Aaron Schock, from Illinois, stepped down Feb. 5 after racially charged social media posts came to light. BuzzFeed News and Think Progress published the posts, which mentioned“Black miscreants.” You won’t believe what else he said.
