USA Volleyball Scholar Athletes from Attack

A record 19 high school athletes from the Attack Volleyball Club based in Orland Park have been named to the “2014 All-Academic Team” by the USA Volleyball Great Lakes Region. The athletes all maintained a grade point average of 3.5 or above while competing in the four-month Windy City Power League series.

“We are very proud of our girls for not only what they’ve accomplished on the court, but also their dedication to their schoolwork,” said Attack Director Pam Campbell. “Now that the school term is over, our girls are giving their full attention to competing in a national volleyball tournament this summer in Orlando.”

Five of the scholar athletes are from Sandburg, four are from Lincoln-Way North, two are from Stagg, two are from Marist, and one athlete each comes from Andrew, Homewood-Flossmoor, Lincoln-Way Central, Lemont, Seton Academy, and Tinley Park High School.
