What Can We Expect From Gov.-Elect Bruce Rauner?

Will Illinoisans see the change they voted for?

Tuesday night’s election results shellshocked supporters of Gov. Pat Quinn as Gov.-elect Bruce Rauner cruised to victory by a much wider margin than expected.
