2 Men Face Domestic Battery, Criminal Damage Charges: Oswego Cops

OSWEGO, IL — Here are the arrests reported by Oswego police from Sept. 24 through Oct. 3.

September 24

Jose L. Perez, 53, of the 300 block of Pine Avenue in Aurora, was arrested near the intersection of Forest Avenue and Prairieview Drive. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured car, and reckless driving for improper lane usage.

October 1

Oswego resident Christopher C. Sudlow, 36, of Lincoln Station Drive in Oswego, was arrested at his home address. He was charged with domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

Kenneth Johnson, 52, of the 600 block of Ebony Drive in Oswego, was arrested at his home address and charged with criminal damage to property and violation of an order of protection.

October 2

Joshua M. Colby, 30, of Reagan Drive in Oswego, was arrested at his home address and charged with domestic battery and criminal damage to property.
