2 Minors Charged With Alcohol Consumption: Oswego Blotter

OSWEGO, IL — Here are the arrests reported by Oswego police from Nov. 5 through Nov. 21.

November 5

A 14-year-old Aurora girl and a 15-year-old Oswego girl were arrested near the intersection of Carnation Lane and Rosebush Lane. Both were charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor and later released to their guardians.

November 6

Jacob H. Havenga, 28, of Red Hawk Drive in Oswego, was arrested near the intersection of Douglas and Woolley roads. He was charged with driving under the influence.

November 9

Oswego resident Zam L. Tuang, 44, was arrested in the 700 block of Richmond Drive and charged with domestic battery.

November 21

Oswego resident David C. Tull, 49, was arrested at his home address and charged with two counts of domestic battery.
