OSWEGO, IL — A new breakfast joint is moving into downtown Oswego.
Wholey Granoly will take over the former Dairy Barn space at 121 Main St., Village President Ryan Kauffman announced.
Dairy Barn, which replaced Dairy Hut, opened in March 2022, temporarily closed for the season that November, and ultimately chose never to reopen its doors, Patch reported. A 5,000-square-foot building was built on the site of the longtime home of Dairy Hut, which was demolished once the business closed in August 2019 after nearly 60 years of operation.
The family-owned business offers breakfast and lunch made with "clean, high-quality ingredients."

"In our kitchen, you’ll find nothing but the best: premium heart-healthy cooking oils, house-made dressings crafted with extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil, and butter whipped right here in-house," the Wholey Granoly website reads. "From fluffy whipped cream made fresh daily to refreshing, freshly squeezed juices, we take pride in every detail of your meal."
The Oswego outpost will be Wholey Granoly's second location. The first opened in 2022 on Boughton Road in Bolingbrook.
