Intoxicated Montgomery Man Cited For Trespassing Outside 2 Oswego Restaurants: Police

OSWEGO, IL — A Montgomery man was issued two citations for trespassing outside two Oswego restaurants Monday morning while intoxicated, according to police.

The first citation came after the 50-year-old Jeremiah Reichardt was reportedly badgering patrons while drinking alcohol in front of Pizza Cucina, spokesperson Cathy Nevara told Patch.

Police responded at about 10:49 a.m. Monday to the pizzeria off Douglas Road and Route 30 and issued Reichardt a citation for trespassing. The man, of the 200 block of Fernwood Road in Montgomery, was released on a notice to appear in court.

A little over an hour later, at 12:05 p.m., callers reported him intoxicated outside of the McDonald's across the parking lot, Nevara said. Police issued him another citation for trespassing.

While speaking with the officers at the fast-food restaurant, Reichardt told police he had an injury, so first responders brought him to a hospital for further evaluation, Nevara said.
