1. 2 Juveniles Injured In Crash While Waiting To Cross Roadway In Oswego: Police (patch.com) — Oswego police say two local juveniles were injured when an Infiniti, struck during a collision in the Route 34 and Heritage Drive intersection, slid onto the sidewalk where three youths were waiting to cross. One child is in stable condition and another was transferred to Loyola Medical Center, while both drivers from Oswego received citations as state police reconstruct the crash and investigators consider additional charges.

Update: WaterLink Partnership Breaks Ground on 30-Mile Pipeline Bringing Lake Michigan Water to Montgomery, Oswego and Yorkville (positivelynaperville.com) — Oswego is moving toward Lake Michigan water as part of the $400 million WaterLink pipeline, with construction already underway near Harvey Road and Wolf's Crossing by Oswego East High School. The project will shift Oswego off a stressed aquifer, improve long‑term water reliability, and is scheduled for completion in 2028, with ongoing construction impacts in nearby Naperville corridors.

Local soccer teams also featured, with Oswego drawing Wheaton Warrenville South and Oswego East topping East Aurora in tournament play.
