Aurora Woman Arrested, Charged After Gas Station Attack: Police
Nikita Moss was arrested at her home Thursday after Oswego police found a 24-year-woman cut and bleeding at the Douglas Road gas station.

OSWEGO, IL — A 31-year-old Aurora woman remains in custody after she was arrested Thursday night and charged with aggravated battery and assault after police said she attacked another woman she knew at an Oswego gas station.
Nikita Moss remained in the Kendall County Jail on Friday and is awaiting a court appearance after police were called to a gas station on Douglas Road at 6:20 p.m. Once there, officer found a 24-year-old woman bleeding. The woman told police that was attacked and cut several times by a woman that she knew and whom she identified as Moss, police said. Moss had left the scene by the time police arrived.
Moss was later arrested at her home in Aurora after Oswego police officers received assistance from the Kendall County Cooperative Police Assistance Team. Moss was charged with three counts of aggravated battery, a Class C felony, and one count of misdemeanor aggravated assault, police said.

The victim, who was not identified, was taken to a local hospital for her injuries. Bond has not been set for Moss, who was arrested shortly after 8 p.m. on Thursday.
