Self-esteem booster
What is your beauty type? What some women don't know is that there is more than one way to be beautiful and the key is to find what makes you beautiful.

According to http://www.confidencecoalition.org/statistics-women only 2% of women think they are
beautiful. This statistics is a clear
example of the level of self-esteem in women. As a teen or young woman you have
to understand that everyone is different, special, and unique and that doesn’t
make one better than the other, it makes us all beautiful in our own right.
There will always be the stereotype of the media portrayed
beauty, but as a female searching for her inner beauty there has to be a level of self-esteem that combat what the media says
and stand strong in the face of adversity.
When dealing with self-esteem issues there are key elements
to remember

Take care of your body. Keep yourself neat and
clean at all times. When you are going out of the house into the public
represent yourself with respect. FYI … no one wants to see you in pajamas or
pants down to your knees
Feel good about your body. We all have different
body types. If you are bigger than your friends or family members that does not
make them better. We all can’t be skinny, nor should we want to. We should want
to be healthy, and healthy comes in a variety of shapes and sizes.
Respect yourself and others. A very ugly sight
is to see teenage and young women arguing and fighting. Surround yourself with
like-minded people and if there are people that you don’t get along with, guess
what…you don’t have to hang out with those people nor do you have to speak bad
about them. Focus on your friends and what interest you.
