Burglary, Battery, DUI: Oswego Blotter

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty.

Dec. 5

Andrew L. Harker, 29, of the 700 block of Magnolia, was charged with domestic battery. The arrest occurred at Harker’s home.

Penny Orseske, 50, of the 1800 block of Waverly Way in Montgomery, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident. She was also charged with driving under in the influence.

Alycia N. Sather, 21, of the 800 block of Barton, was charged with failure to reduce to avoid an accident and cell phone use while driving.

Dec. 8

Police took a report for a burglary from a motor vehicle.

Dec. 9

A Naperville resident reported that a credit card transaction worth $333.98 was conducted without her authorization at a business in the 1700 block of Douglas Road.

A 16-year-old boy was charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing property damage and no valid driver’s license. The boy allegedly struck a school bus in a parking lot and then left the scene.

A 13-year-old juvenile was arrested for battery at Plank Jr. HS. The female was released to her parents.

Dec. 10

Resident reported that two packages delivered on Dec. 1 and Dec. 2 were taken from the front porch.
