D1 Training Oswego brings you results driven athletic performance coaching. Beginner or pro, young or old, we define “athlete” as anyone dedicated to their sport or fitness. We customize age-appropriate programs to our community.
Age 7-through adulthood we welcome anyone at any level, our mission is to “inspire and motivate our athletes to reach their goals”.
