A new residential community featuring 31 customizable ranch villas is planned for Oswego.
Pine Ridge Club, a Silverthorne Homes development recently approved by the Village of Oswego, is accepting lot reservations and has begun presales. The community will be located west of Mill Road and Orchard Road.
Designed for buyers interested in downsizing, aging in place or reducing home-maintenance responsibilities, the community will offer two ranch-style floor plans ranging from approximately 1,300 to more than 1,500 square feet. Buyers can choose options such as finished basements, sunrooms and flexible layouts.
Homeowners association services will include landscaping, snow removal, common-area upkeep and exterior home maintenance. Residents will also have access to an established clubhouse, indoor swimming pool, fitness center and gathering spaces.
