This Saturday, September 21st, enjoy Oswego’s craft beer festival along the Fox River in Hudson Crossing Park from 1:00 – 7:00p.m. Craft beer enthusiasts will enjoy sampling beer from all over the Midwest. The festival will feature 18 breweries who have earned top reputations in the Chicagoland area, as well as emerging breweries whose tasty kegs are ready to pave a new trail. Some of the breweries include Three Angels Brewery from Yorkville, Argus Brewery from Chicago, and Urban Legend Brewery in Westmont just to name a few!
$15 buys you a souvenir tasting pilsner glass and five tasting tickets. Additional tasting tickets will be available for purchase. Enjoy great live entertainment with bands ranging from Jeff and Kurt, Lincoln Don’t Lie, and Polkaholics. There will also be plenty of food on hand from Cherry Red Roasters, Page’s Popcorn, Shef Brother’s Pizza and more! The Oswego Optimist Club will also be back selling their famous pretzel necklaces!

After a proper nights rest, head back downtown on Sunday, September 22nd, for the Country Market where you’ll find fresh produce, baked goods, and more from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. While you’re there, join the Cultural Arts Commission at the Country Market as they auction off windows from their Public Art Project, "Artist View: Windows into our Community". Entries will be up for bid in a special booth between 9:00am and 12:30p.m. They have some GREAT ART that you won't want to miss!
