1 Driver Hospitalized, 2 Cars Towed After Crash On Wolf Road: Police
A citation was issued after the collision at the intersection of Wolf Road and Piper Glen Avenue in Oswego.
OSWEGO, IL ā One person was hospitalized after a Wednesday morning on Wolf Road west of Douglas Road, Oswego police said.
A car traveling west on Wolf Road attempted to turn left onto Piper Glen Avenue when it failed to yield to an eastbound driver, spokesperson Cathy Nevara told Patch.
The driver of the car that was hit was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries, Nevara said. Both cars were towed from the scene.

The westbound driver was cited for failure to yield when turning left.
The collision resulted in Wolf Road being shut down between Douglas Road and Southbury Boulevard, police said in a Facebook alert published at 11:36 p.m. By 12:17 p.m., the roadway reopened.

Police asked drivers to avoid the area while the crash was being investigated and the scene was being cleared.
