Dragonflies and Damselflies
Hilltop Gardeners Garden Club offers an amazing program from an expert on the importance of these fascinating insects .

Cindy Crosby is the invited guest speaker at the May 9 meeting of Hilltop Gardeners Garden Club. The program is called “Dragonflies and Damselflies” and will include a report on their ecological importance in nature, as well as shared data from two monitored sites in Illinois. Crosby has a MS in natural resources from the University of Wisconsin with her focus on environmental interpretation.
The meeting opens with refreshments and social gathering at 9 a.m. at Oswego Public Library, 32 West Jefferson, Oswego campus. The program runs from approximately 10 to 11 a.m. Anyone interested may attend and there is no cost. For more information call Lisa at 630-788-5962.
