Ethics Complaints Filed Against Kendall County Officials

Four ethics complaints have been filed against three Kendall County officials.
Local activist Todd Milliron filed complaints against Kendall County Coroner Ken Toftoy, Kendall County State’s Attorney Eric Weis and Kendall County Board Member Matthew Prochaska, according to WSPY News.
In the complaints, Milliron claims:

- Toftoy and Prochaska tried to target Milliron for retribution regarding Oswego Twp. Road Commissioner Gary Grosskopf.
- Toftoy gave a deputy coroner’s badge in hopes of future political factors.
- Toftoy and Weis targeted Deputy Coroner Jacquie Purcell to have her fired.
- Toftoy received gifts in exchange for giving a badge to an Illinois lobbyist.
