APS Beauty Beautique & Hair Design Salon invites the public to join in the celebration of our 2nd Anniversary at our Mason Square location! APS Beauty is located at 1134 Douglas Road in Oswego, near the Huntington Learning Center and Fruitful Yield. A combined Open House and Christmas celebration will be held on Saturday, December 3 from 11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., during the Oswego Christmas Walk. Food, fun, and prizes will be offered.
