The Oswegoland Park District’s Limelight Theatre Company is excited to present His Girl Friday. Set as a 1940’s radio drama, the story comes alive via an ensemble of “radio actors” who vocally portray multiple characters and a crack team of foley artists who create live sounds effects. This is an adaptation of the classic film starring Cary Grant and Rosalind Russell. A crafty newspaper editor employs every trick in the book to keep his ace reporter on the job and out of the arms of another man.
This show will be performed one night only on Saturday, April 21st at 7pm at The Little White School Museum, located at 72 Polk Street in downtown Oswego. Tickets are $7 for Adults and $5 for Students/Seniors and they are available at the door. This performance is the final installment in the spring radio play series, but we will be back with more in the fall!
