Expect Traffic, Congestion During Oswego 'Gobbler Hobbler' 10K: Police
The event is Sunday and steps off from Fox Chase Elementary.

The Village of Oswego Police Department is reminding the public to expect increased traffic congestion and delays in Oswego on Sunday, Nov. 9, due to the Oswegoland Park District Gobbler Hobbler 10K run and Mashed Potato Mile.
Motorists should expect delays in particular while traveling on US Route 34 through the downtown area and US Route 31 between 8 a.m. and noon. Delays on Madison, Washington, and Main Streets in the Downtown Oswego area are also expected.
The event starts and finishes at Fox Chase Elementary School, 260 Fox Chase Drive North. The race begins at 8:30 a.m. Sunday.
Motorists may want to consider alternate routes around these areas if they are not coming in for the event.
Parking for this event will be available in the parking lot of the Fox Chase Elementary School and Heritage Wormley Park. Additional parking will be available on surrounding surface streets.
