Catherine Rodriguez, 31, of the 400 block of Derby Ct. in Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence. The arrest occurred at Rt. 34 and West St.

An employee of Fifth Third Bank reported a forgery after someone cashed a counterfeit check in January.
