Gas Price Update: Relief At The Station For Oswego Residents

OSWEGO, IL — Oswego residents are experiencing some relief at the pump thanks to a decrease in the price of a gallon of gas in the last month.

At around $3.81 per gallon in Kendall County, gas prices were a couple of cents lower than the state average, coming in at $3.83 Wednesday — that's down 20 cents from a month ago, AAA data shows.

The last time Patch took a look at gas prices in the area, the average was $3.99 a gallon.

Nationally, the price per gallon of gas was going for an average of $3.56 Wednesday.

According to GasBuddy, the cheapest gas in Oswego is selling for $3.59 per gallon at Murphy USA, 2350 Route 34. Here is what other stations around town are charging:
