OSWEGO, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.
The Kendall County Health Department visited Buffalo Wild Wings May 9 for a routine inspection. The restaurant received a sanitation score of 98. Items out of compliance were:
- Wet wiping towels stored on cutting boards at cookline
- Broken/missing base-coving present in kitchen and at the ends of the cookline.
The health department noted that the restaurant had “excellent labeling and temperatures.”
