OSWEGO, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.
The Kendall County Health Department visited Famous Dave’s for a routine inspection May 10. The restaurant received a sanitation score of 86. Items out of compliance were:
- Prep cooler not maintaining food at 41 degrees.
- Knives stored between equipment.
- Areas in need of detailed cleaning to remove food debris.
Famous Dave’s is located at 2440 Rt. 34 in Oswego.
