Health Inspection Report: Scoreboards

OSWEGO, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can find out with a health inspection report.

The Kendall County Health Department visited Scoreboards May 4 for a routine inspection. It received a sanitation score of 80/100.

Among some of the violations were:

• Prep cooler holding food from 45 to 55 degrees. Food was discarded and the cooler was reinspected 14 days later where it was holding temps at 41 and below.
• Gaskets on prep cooler torn or missing.
• Handsink at wait area blocked with storage of sanitizer bucket.
• Provide working thermometer in all refrigeration units.
• Knife stored between equipment at cookline.
• Hot water not provided to prep sink.

Scoreboards is located at 1100 Douglas Road in Oswego.
