
OSWEGO, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can find out with a health inspection report.
The Kendall County Health Department visited Scoreboards May 4 for a routine inspection. It received a sanitation score of 80/100.

- Prep cooler holding food from 45 to 55 degrees. Food was discarded and the cooler was reinspected 14 days later where it was holding temps at 41 and below.
- Gaskets on prep cooler torn or missing.
- Handsink at wait area blocked with storage of sanitizer bucket.
- Provide working thermometer in all refrigeration units.
- Knife stored between equipment at cookline.
- Hot water not provided to prep sink.
Scoreboards is located at 1100 Douglas Road in Oswego.
