Oswego, IL — The Tap House Grill, located at 123 Washington St. in Oswego, was given a sanitation score of 95 out of 100 by the Kendall County Health Department at its April 11 inspection.
Despite the high score, a few fixes are still needed:
- Rusty shelving present at single-door reach-in cooler next to coffee station. The health department recommends to replace or professionally re-coat shelving.
- Torn rubber door gaskets present at a few reach-in cooler doors. The gaskets need to be replaced.
- Clean and sanitize white bulk storage container lids. There was food debris present.
- Clean and degrease cookline castors on equipment
- Re-grout floor in dish area and other areas where grout is missing or worn away.
The corrections need to be made by the next routine inspection, according to the health department.
