Healthy Kids Day April 30 at Oswego YMCA
Activities will include a jumping jack challenge and a superhero station.

After a long winter are you looking to get your kids out of the house and get some exercise in them? Then head on down to the Oswego YMCA Saturday.
According to a news release from the YMCA, kids are less likely to be physically active and engaged in learning during the summer, research shows that children gain weight two to three times faster than during the school year, and often fall behind academically because they don’t have access to out-of-school learning opportunities.
From 9 a.m. to noon April 30, the Oswego YMCA is hosting a variety of family-friendly activities for the YMCA’s 25th annual Healthy Kids Day, the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families.
