Healthy Kids Day at Oswego Family YMCA

On Saturday, April 30, from 9:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m., the Oswego Family YMCA is hosting Healthy Kids Day, a free community event to inspire more kids to keep their minds and bodies active.

Now in its 25th year, Healthy Kids Day is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. Healthy Kids Day® is a powerful reminder not to let children idle away their summer days, but instead focus on physical and mental play.

Enjoy activities such as bounce house, superhero activities and crafts, family fitness classes, jumping jack contest, community vendors, prizes and Summer Camp Open House to motivate and teach families how to develop healthy routines at home.
