Help Oswego Police Officers Catch Pokémon at Hudson Crossing Park

The officers will be there at 5:30 p.m. Monday catching Pokémon and giving safety tips.

OSWEGO, IL — If you can’t get enough of Pokémon Go, you’re going to want to head over to Hudson Crossing Park at 5:30 p.m. Monday.

Two officers from the Oswego Police Department will at the park hoping to catch some Pokémon.

“Stop by and help Detective Wicyk try to teach Officer Spears to catch that Pidgey instead of taking pictures with it,” said a Facebook post on the Oswego Police Department’s Facebook page.

The officers will also be reminding players about game playing safety tips as well as personal safety awareness. There may also be some Oswegoland Park District Staff on hand to drop some lures to help out as well.
